The following is a video of an accident with shopping carts at a Target store. Who do you guys think is to blame for this? It is easy to blame the truck driver I suppose because he was the one driving the truck. But what about the guys who were just standing there when the truck started pulling away?? Or maybe someone else besides the driver or these guys was responsible for making sure that the truck was closed before anyone left?? Who knows, but I'm guessing that the manager of the store is going to want some answers. I also just thought of this: as you know advertising is very expensive. Could this have been something that Target set up on purpose, knowing that people like me and you would want to watch it, and therefore have more attention brought to Target stores??
